I had a hell of a time getting mine of too. I was able to get a 19mm open ended wrench in there and i tapped it with a deadblow to knock it loose. Its VERY tight, and if its been running for more than 5 minutes, youre gonna burn the shit outta yourself on the cats. It's not reverse threaded, FWIW.

Turns out it was a fuel pump! Got it back in about 4 days.

Get a 23 if you can, the order window is still open i hear. My dealer was saying less than 10% of their volume are Regular cabs. Makes sense they'd "streamline" the options for such a small volume.

Regular Cabs got shafted. Yeah you get a 12' infotainment and full digi dash with 5.0 (ONLY) but you lose the XLT package and get a bumper from a 2017. Glad I got a 23.

Here’s a little video- I’m thinking trans output shaft or bearing due to the loss of power on the gauge cluster under constant throttle. Also the sound is reminiscent of a bearing.
