  1. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

I experienced the same, it would work for a few minutes then back to the Sirius xm loading state. My resolution was a new APIM installed by the dealership under warranty.
  2. Deep Sleep Mode.

Same, makes me wonder if the dealership test has any sort of load on it
  3. Deep Sleep Mode.

It's also worth noting that several of our vehicles sat in parking lots for months, and we can pretty much guarantee that long-term storage procedures/practices weren't followed, resulting in subpar battery performance and capacity from delivery.
  4. Deep Sleep Mode.

Did you mean reset BMS rather than BCM?
  5. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Lost SXM again  Looks like I'll have to take it in for service Exploring FDRS and looked up my VIN while not attached to the vehicle. Software version is partially missing (but based on a search that's normal for APIM?):
  6. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

I appreciate your help Jesse. I attempted the master reset was unable to get the SXM back (again) nor the Navigation. I attempted a PMI again and it failed with the same "GetFlashActionPartNumbers" error. When asked if the original module was in, I selected "no" I attempted the config and it...
  7. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

After performing updates yesterday, my version is the same.
  8. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Attached is the ACM as-built (also attached APIM). Using As-Built Compare, the only ACM change since 6/16 are as follows: (1st is from today, 2nd is as-built from Forscan on 6/16, 3rd is Ford's as-built on 6/16) I'll give the master reset a shot
  9. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Confirmed that it does look like the above and did a soft reset. Should I attempt another PMI or config?
  10. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

By reset, do you mean APIM soft reset, master reset, or module reset in FDRS? I do have forscan, I'll grab that line in the morning. Gotta get the kids to bed. Appreciate it
  11. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

FWIW, after your suggestion I attempted several times to go from Settings to Nav, still did the "Maps is loading..." with the circle just spinning. Well crap... my SiriusXM is back to the loading thing again. And the preset icons have disappeared and now back to just text (not back to SDARS...
  12. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Thanks, I'll give that a shot, maybe sleep on it and try again tomorrow.
  13. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Thx! Config completed, SiriusXM icons are back and am picking up the preview channel! Navigation is still "Loading map...", anything I can do for that (previously used to load, but I don't have a subscription).
  14. Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Bumping my old thread - still no resolution. I haven't taken it in to a dealer yet (kinda waiting until the windshield wiper recall parts are available), but I did update all the available modules via FDRS. In diagnostics, the SiriusXM menu is blank. All my previous SiriusXM presets now show...
  15. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Well I went ahead and updated all modules. I kicked off the IPMA Alignment procedure - is it possible to cancel it? My laptop must be plugged into power or it will die and it's currently hooked to my garage outlet. And I need to drive a bit before I can find a road with lines on either side...
  16. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Quick sanity check for my '21 302A PB with Pro Trailer Originally didn't have GWM/APIM/TCU updates (no IPC either) Performed the IPMA update (2.5 hours), then a GWM update appeared Performed the GWM update (about 0.75 hours total) Performed the PCM update (kicking off ABS and SOBDM updates)...
  17. Request VIN Lookup Thread

Morning team, Could someone do a VIN check please? Have a Mongoose on the way soon and want to be prepared on module update order. Thanks in advance. 1FTFW1CD4MFB48166
