I'm almost certain mine is still in KC. Ford chat gives me a Jack Cooper Transport number but I think that was the ride it got from plant to the parking lot just south of Worlds of Fun. Not sure why they would have marked it shipped, unless Jack Cooper has their own lots some place?

I found this Youtube video that explains how to do it. You don't have to setup an account but it is easy and anybody can do it. Just have to use a smart phone to sign in the first time.
