I pinned mine manually based on the wiring diagram for normal adaptive led lights. I'm sure you've seen it, but could send it over once I'm not on my phone. Been out for a week or so
In forscan there should be three sections. The first two are 4 digit and the third is 2 digit. I left an X where the xlt and raptor data were identical. In all other cases you would update your forscan sections to what is shown on that raptor side.
Like John, I'm pretty well convinced you have a forscan setting funny. Would you share a backup of your truck's current settings with me? If you PM me the file, I can compare it to the changes I had to make for my raptor headlights to see where you're off
Thanks for the shares on the mount guys! Let me know if anyone here has questions - I can get them sent out usually within a day or two of orders coming in.
Recently made an etsy storefront for it too here: Etsy

Also, I know none of y'all are getting...
It shouldn't be related to the hcm at all. Hcm only impacts the leveling/high/adaptive functions. I can also confirm (I have a wiring diagram for standard projector lights) that the turn signal line is the same over both of them.
I would have to check that specific value. I didn't include...
That's all forscan. You need to make a few changes there. You can use this as a starting guide. It was intended for quad led to raptor so there are more lines than you will actually have to mess with.
I actually happen to have a drivers side one with one broken tab. If you could find a passenger side one somewhere I'd cut you a solid price on this one.
That tracks. Why use auto high beam and dimming when you have dynamic bending. Nice. So yeah should be pretty much a direct swap with a bit of forscan.
If I'm not mistaken it was #6: CTRL MOD. - LIN BUS # 14
#5 controls the dynamic bending
Not sure if maybe the standard projector lights use a lin signal to control dimming on the turn bar? Seems like pwm would be more likely.
The circuit normally goes to the BCM #15, also somewhat...
Essential you could do the same thing as what I did here, but look at the comparisons of the standard projector trim level (lariat +) to the raptor columns. I think that should be all you need to update.
Use this tool and you can put in your as built data from your truck vs a raptor to see the lighting configuration stuff you need to swap

If you already have the projector lights it should be super easy. I would imagine it to be entirely forscan to get the swap done. The only thing you are really changing is moving from the turn signal in the small bar at the bottom of the light to DRL as turn signal.
One concern is that the...
I did! Found em on eBay. The biggest pain with them is that to go from the quad led to the projector style will require a conversion harness (or very handy wiring ability) and an HCM. The forscan is easy if you look at the chart I posted in whichever thread it was.
Another option which is much...
This TEFZEL wire has a thin tough wall. Might be worth looking at - I've had really great luck with it (and everything else from these guys) https://www.prowireusa.com/tefzel-wire.html
The base would be interchangeable, but I would need to design a new upper section for anything other than MagSafe. Right now i have only designed around the apple one.
I was able to snag
I was able to snag some of the adaptive raptor lights on eBay for $1400. The hcm is $70 ish and a prebuilt harness is close to $600 if you can get one.
If you can find some 800a package raptor quad led ones they are plug and play and you can save some big money.
