Hmmm. That’s weird. I have a 2023 PB and always get the dash alert. Once I clear it, I can shift. Maybe check to see if a breaker is tripped on propower and preventing message from coming up.

I leave an Iceco cooler running on propower. If you click ok on steering wheel the message on dash away and lets you shift into gear.

ha! I was planning on adding aftermarket skid plates at some point in time. I can’t believe they don’t use steel plates anymore. My 2018 f150 5.0 had a steel skid plate on fx4 package. I would have expected it with any 2023 fx4.

I got the powerboost and opted for continuous controlled damping shocks over fx4 package.

Does anyone have one of these plates and regularly use ford service or quick lane for oil changes? Do they bust your balls or charge more due to plate interference?
