During install when you add the spacer you rotate the strut 180 degrees so all bolts line up. When removing the spacer to return strut to original position, the bottom strut bolts are angled the wrong way. Am I missing something? How to straighten out the bottom bolts? TIA
Anyone have ideas to get rid of scratches in the interior plastics, particularly the glovebox? Kids with their book bags put some scuffs in mine.
Thanks in advance
Couple questions on an extended warranty
Will Granger give you an extended warranty on a vehicle leased out of NJ?
I'm going into the end of my 21 lease and probably going to buy the vehicle out.
Thanks in advance
I saw someone on the Tremor forum is running 295/70 on a Rebel 18x9 +1 on a 2.5 level no rub but close. It's a sweet set up.
I have a 21 FX4 with a 2" readylift level.
Does anyone run this set up, or does anyone know if this would be an issue with my set up? Not familiar with the Tremors if any...
Anyone seem to think these wouldn't work with my set up? Not sure if there is a different set up on stock Tremors.
Puckett88- You said no rubbing but close. To crashers or plastic?
Thanks
Very nice looking truck. You may of just swayed me to go with 18's. Perfect stance with the poke. I have a 2021 FX4 with a 2" ready lift level. I wanted to go with a 20" wheel but everyone is running a +20 offset, not enough for me to spend that kind money. I don't want to mess with metal...
Im surprised all you had to do is minor trim. There was someone on her that I believe was running the same set up and needed to cut crash bars. Ive been going back and forth for the last year between +20 +1.
My concern with the rub is when I pull my travel trailer. Wonder if the truck will act...
This stuff boggles my mind. You have multiple guys run the same set up some fit some don't. Guys go smaller than that and things need to be cut.
I don't know if I could pull the trigger on something like that. My luck I put them on rub central. Next thing you know I'm cutting crash bars.
What...
I was thinking about going with the 601's on a 20x9 +12 on a 305/55. The Mizler Bro. on Backroad Driver went with the 602's they fit with trimming of the plastic valence.
I appreciated everyone’s feedback except Sundancer.
I was curious because I’ve seen previous posts that to fit a 20x9 +1 with a 295/60 on a level, front crash had to be removed.
Seems like a lot of Wild Willies trucks he builds have that exact set up. And in all his videos it looks like the...
Anyone have any luck with 20x9 +1, on a 295/60/20. I know Wild Willies does it a lot and they look nice as hell, but anytime he does that set up he never mentions if any trimming or crash bar mods are involved. And whenever you comment on his U tube channel no response.
