Are the HDPP coilovers different than standard?
Mine were swapped out for the bilstein's, before I hit 250 mi.
I also have the RAS HD that has maybe 10,000 mi on it
I bought the HD road active suspension, I had it on the highest setting, because I also added fair amount of weight on the back with the decked drawers and my tools and the RSI SmartCap.
My truck started with almost 4 inches of rake, so 2.5 in the front still left about 1.5 nose down after the...
No, not yet.
I dropped it off for a third time, and sent the link to this thread to one of the managers. I hope they narrow it down, and see that the replacement panel has fixed the same issue for several other people.
The service advisor I originally worked with, and shared this info is out...
Spoke with Ford Concern Team at corporate. They created a case, but said they can't really do anything other than suggest visiting a different dealer.
Seems silly, but I guess it is what it is. I'll let the dealership do this round of troubleshooting again, and see what they say.
I suppose I...
I just dropped off my truck for the same issue, for a third time.
This popped on the screen about 20 minutes after I picked it up from the dealer. I took a picture with my watch showing the time and date just in case.
This was the second time I took it in, and I made sure to disconnect all...
I have max tow that came with factory 18s, and some 17s do fit and clear the rotors.
@BRINK WHEELS
I tested a set of their 17s on mine a few months ago, and they work just fine.
My truck is HDPP with Max tow on a 6.5ft bed, but it's 4WD. I took the 220# hit to payload yo get added flexibility for a loft and better capability for off pavement stuff.
Bilstein are definitely higher spring rate in the front springs, and the shocks, 6112 front and 5160 rear are much better...
VSS for solar
Vehicle specific solar is what they're called, and if you call them up they can build a custom setup for you too.
I have one on older jeep that doesn't get much use, and it charges the starting battery.
I have one for the new truck, just haven't installed it yet.
Mine was the same. Most Method wheels have a special bead groove that makes it harder to set, but also harder to slip a bead when aired down.
My shop got 2 done in the first try, and the other 3 took about an hour and 3 guys with tools to coax it into the channel.
Love the 314s, mine are...
Something is wrong with the dealer and the kit you got.
I wanted Katzkin for my truck, but it had a 4 week lead time. Roarwire was a 100% match for the Katzkin pattern, and it was real leather, I saw the kit as it was getting installed, and it was available within the week.
Dealer\upholstery...
TRUFF
2 car seats and a forK9s seat cover to keep it protected, means the seats don't flip.
I do keep a few Milwaukee mid size toolboxes under the seat through, they slide in all the way, and stay there through spirited driving.
Mine is the 6.5ft commercial cap, it came in white, and I had it sprayed with color matched Kevlar just like the bed and bumper\grill.
I like that it's white on the inside, it seems much brighter than my last one, even though the last one I had had side glass windows.
Excuse the third brake...
I would want to know something along those lines too.
I have a truck cap that's about to go on, and I wanted to add 2 lights on each side, to be controlled by the Zone lighting. I would like the spots on the mirrors, and 2 work\area lights on the truck cap to be controlled by the same software...
Appreciate the help!
My 101a doesn't have all that fancy stuff, like camera clips and stuff.
But it looks like I'll have to remove the fender flares...
My Novas just showed up!
We're leaving Wednesday night on a cross country trip... I'll have to find time to get these installed.
Will be "fun" driving 1200 miles each away in this polar front we have coming
I do have E rated BFG KO2s, and they were property inflated.
My truck started out with a little over 4.5 inches of rake, and after I installed the Bilstein 2.5 lift in the front and Roadmaster Active Suspension in the rear, it brought my rake to just under 2 inches, I expected the RAS to lift...
