  1. Any product to convert front tow hook to hitch receiver?

FWIW, I made this mod shortly after I got my 2021 three years ago and I push a 6400+lb. trailer around on my driveway (using only one of the receivers) without issue. I looked into tow hook specs and honestly I forget what I found but I did determine that the bolts would not fail. I'd...
  2. Highway MPG getting progressively worse

Third winter on my '21 PB. Winter MPG is definitely lower than summer. I wouldn't even think about MPG until next summer.
  3. Buying used certified 2023 Powerboost XLT

All I can say is I LOVE my '21 PB (42k miles). Great power, great fuel economy. I'm towing a new travel trailer now that is not a lightweight and I'm hoping I won't need to move up to a SD. I wish there was a hybrid option for the SDs but I know there's no incentive for that. Did I mention I...
  4. Disabling active air dam?

Disabled and removed without issue. I replaced my tow hooks with receivers and needed that space.
  5. Power reset for better MPG

I've owned my PB for over a year and have learned a lot about MPG and where it shines and where it's just a truck. First of all, if you want to learn more about how the PB manages power, EV Coach is helpful. It can help you drive within EV and regen modes. I get my best MPG on my commute...
  6. My Interview With Ford F-150 Engineers - Summary

Thanks for the sharing the details. FWIW, my XLT PB was made in late Feb and most of the axle, especially the center, looks like it was painted. While I was there, I touched up a few rust-ish spots on the ends, but my axle never looked like the earlier pics I saw.
  7. What kind of MPG mileage are you getting with your Powerboost?

I've had the thing for 8 days; replaced a 2010 5.4L so easy to beat in the mpg category. Drove a mixed bag of country 2 lane, 65 mph 4-lane, and rural small town stop-and-go. Averaged right at 26 mpg. Insane.
