  1. Active Air Dam Issues - No Recall Yet?

No luck with warranty repair. Dealer Svc Rep just called me, said pictures show damage and Ford won't replace under warranty. This is a common problem on '21s and they refuse to acknowledge their flawed design. Perhaps @Ford Motor Company would like to respond to this. I'll be back with...

Dealer Svc Rep just called me, said pictures show damage and Ford won't replace under warranty. This is a common problem on '21s and they refuse to acknowledge their flawed design. Perhaps @Ford Motor Company would like to respond to this. I'll be back with pictures. Part numbers...
  3. Active Air Dam Issue

At the dealer today with same issue, but I never hit anything. Service rep said "what did you hit?" Absolutely nothing. I told rep this issue on the 21's is all over the forum. "I don't read the forums." Seems to me like a great place to start. This forum offers instant customer service...
  4. Power-Up and Priority OTA History Thread (F-150, Lightning, Mach-E)

Thanks for VIN check, I appreciate it. I've been extremely pleased with the performance of the BC and they offered the extended 3 yrs at the discounted subscription price, so I jumped on it. They'll get around to updating my truck in the not too distant future as the subscription renews on...

  6. BlueCruise 1.0 thoughts after first long distance use

My recent BC experience was flawless. Drove from Tucson, Az., to K.C., Johnson County, remained on BC interstate highways for the majority of the 2600 mile round trip. I-10 to I-25, to I-40 to I-35 and back. '21 Powerboost, Lariat 502a package. Average 24 MPG at 75-78, but when my wife was...

  18. Refund for the Ford Co-Pilot 360 Active 2.0 Assist Package.

It's only supposed to work on 130K miles of divided highways, mostly if not all are in the interstate highway system. The OTA updates have worked for me after the update to the GWM got rid of the corrupt data. Blue Cruise on my truck looks just like the above pic and functions only on the...
