I’m surprised I only saw one comment for E85 on this. Depends on what you are looking for, MPG or Power. Stick with 87 for MPG. I’m running E85 and I like it.

I have it on mine. It’s an extremely quiet system. No drone at all, it gets a little louder after a few thousand miles, but it is pretty quiet.

I can definitely notice it. It used to be much less pronounced. I added the quietest magnaflow system and you can hear it 100%. Since running E85 in my last couple of tanks, you can actually feel it now. Next tank will be back to regular to see if it becomes less pronounced again.

Truck has not done it since. I haven’t taken it to the dealer yet since it has been good. I will have them address it at the next oil change as I had another issue with the vent system that a shutdown and restart fixed as well.

I have another thread I put in for that. Basically I have a quick surging idle and flashing engine light. I was able to limp it off the road. Shutdown and restarted, hasn’t had another hiccup so far.

Mine was 18.7-20 average on regular 87 until I started running E85 recently to try it. Now it’s down to 16.4 towing a small trailer, rarely running unloaded. Cylinder deactivation helps a lot in these trucks until you have a malfunction like I did today.

I find it worth the money over the base system. Doesn’t have the punch like my ram alpine system had, but it’s way better than the base and worth the upgrade. I haven’t experienced the unleashed, but I assume it should be on par with the ram 19 speaker Harmon kardon system

My buddy just bought a 2021 XLT chrome appearance. He has the center console with column shift and that works out. Sport package like mine with the console shift, not so much.
