If you make max payload work, what i notice here is Ford's towing guide states trailers >5000lbs require a WDH and GCWR is 17000lbs for PB. So expect you can tow the telehandler given a WDH but you cannot tow the skid steer since it + the truck would exceed 17000lbs. I don't know your truck...
