Shipped means nothing. Mine has been shipped for over 40 days, and it is sitting in a holding lot in Kansas.

Update: delivery pushed back to August 17th. But according to Ford, my truck has been on the same convoy for 40 days. :rolleyes: Moral of the story is not to believe anything for Ford tells you on their tracker, their emails, their chat, or any other customer service portal.

I suspect that this is also my situation. I hope, anyway. Jack Cooper doesn't have any plans to transport my truck. Also, they don't recognize the convoy number. And lastly, OrderTrack has no shipping info - just dashes where the freight ID, origin, destination, etc. is supposed to be.
