Does anyone know how to get it fixed? It doesn’t show my synthetic 5k Mike oil change in oasis. Instead it shows non synthetic.
I have my contract on the USB that the dealer gave me in June. I just don’t know how to get it fixed…

I've had the truck for a month now. A thousand miles in currently on my '22.
Yet I CANNOT solve this issue. I've ticked all the settings off and on in the truck. Uninstalled and re-installed the app.
Is this something a dealer will need to fix or the support desk?
