I’m pretty sure your buddy’s Kia also has a better payload. It’s a joke that a body on steel frame truck has a lower payload capacity than a minivan lol
This! AT tires may get you out of the snowy ditch or work well in low speed winter off road conditions.
For slippery paved roads especially at higher speeds nothing can touch dedicated winter tires.
Not worth the price to me. I just sold a car we owned for almost 15 years / 215k miles and the paint still looked great on it. For the past few years, I almost exclusively hand washed it with wash&wax from Costco. There was nothing on it that a ceramic coating would’ve prevented from happening...
Are they physically on the lots or just listed on their web sites?
It’s the same situation in my area, except when you go to see them, they always claim the other trucks have just been sold but they can show you their current inventory consisting of 4 XLT’s marked up with 4 grand worth of some...
I keep my rides to about 15 year mark before selling and upgrading. This is the first vehicle I'm buying factory new. I was hoping to celebrate it by driving the newest model for at least 3-4 years, oh well...

Mine has been “in transit” for about 2 months. So far it moved from the factory to Ramp 59 and a couple of days ago they moved it to Ramp 58. That’s a total distance of about 3 miles in 2 months.
Anyone from this week still without a truck? Mine has not moved an inch in over 50 days. Still parked behind the dumpster in the back of the storage lot in Dearborn 😖
At least your truck made it to Buffalo.
Mine has been in transit for 7 weeks and so far made it from the factory door to the parking lot right in front of it😖.
ETA holds consistently at 3-5 days out since October 6th.
Some of the info in the linked article may definitely help. I just don’t get how forcing it in to EV mode by tapping the brake suppose to help with anything? All it does is depleting the battery for something that requires almost no power/gas to begin with and not having electric assist due to...
