mine is going to built one day in kc. For what i have seen is if you orded a long bed it will be kc . That doesnt mean short beds are built in dearborn, just the long beds are in kc. Also some people post that not all colors are built in both plants.

Been at 1 now since november

I ordered a loaded f150 lariat long bed in Aug 21. Converted to a 22 in October and my dealer just told me 2 weeks ago they believe ford will never build my truck in its current configuration. So they ordered a 2nd truck minus some options to see it makes a difference.

yes it's true. Priority codes of 9 or higher are set by corporate. I'm told. And cannot be change without canceling the order and starting over

The priority codes do not carry as much weight as you would think. Priority codes of 20 to 80 are dealer stock.10 to 19 usually are customers orders and 9 to 1 are mostly associated with corporate. I've been a priory 1 since December and still have no build date

It's my understanding that a priority code of 10 or higher comes from corporate also any changes to your order changes your priority code to somewhere between 10 and 19.
