I have a decked system for work in mine, with the tonneau still on it from when i bought the truck, which doesnt leave much space for anything but golf clubs. I have been doing alot of reading about these soft tops. Do you have any photos yet of it stowed? Are the rails similar to bed covers...
Interesting, i have had my lariat for a year now with 27000km on it. Drove 2 hours to my parents place this weekend, parked, left it unlocked, went to start next day, completely dead. Boosted, drove it back for 2 hours and no other problems. I'm curious though i left the doors unlocked, which i...
A couple from last spring. Since then painted the skull caps black, rtr front skid plate and borla s type. I've been meaning to take some new photos so i'll see what i can do.
Got the same one. I must say i was surprised at how loud it is. I thought with the longer wheelbase it would be quieter than my mustang with the same system. Still brings the smiles when you put your foot into it.
No complaints yet from the neighbours.
I thought both LC2i and i know the kicker will remote on when signal is detected from the input. My hideaway, although straight input from factory sub feed, remotes on without wiring anything more than the +/- 12 wires.
Used the bolt that holds the seat back release bracket, looking back you could probably use the bolt mounts for the factory sub on the floor.
The angle its at in the photo is the way it sits, i dont hear it moving around when driving but i would like to attach the brackets to the top at least.
Here are a couple of photos. I haven't bolted the kicker down yet, time was tight. One piece of advice, the kicker positive lead was not long enough to go from behind the SCrew rear seat, down the door jam, through the firewall (used hood releasd grommet) and to the battery, had to add a little...
Very true, just finished it this weekend. There are two holes in the cab you will have to seal once the b and o sub is removed. I used alum flashing, weather striping and alum tape. 200km today and no issues. Ill see if i can get a photo of the sub installed. Only stumbling block i had was i...
Had mine disconnected for 2 months and no dash lights, from what i have read it will throw a code but only when you connect to the truck, not enough for a light.
Coming from years of screw and 5.5, to now a 157" ill never go back to the 145. The turning radius takes some recalibration, but before long you won't even notice. You just have to pick your spots in town.
Hey guys, sorry i dont have better photos. Just installed a week ago. Purchased through AT. You do have to take the bumper off to remove the air dam. I did remove the motors, frees up space.
Ill try to get better photos once the weather improves.
From what i have seen, it should fit behind the seat. I too have the under seat storage. I plan on pulling the factory sub to free up space. I rolled the dice, kicker HS10 has pre amp filter and speaker level so im going to try with out loc, if its still not great then ill drop in an loc.
