I’ve actually decided to sell the truck…I don’t owe anything g on it and have a couple investment opps I’m planning on using the $ for. Right after I got done setting it up!
oh man you’d be very very close. That’s an extra half inch on either side of the tire. It would not work with my setup, as the inner sidewall would rub on the aftermarket control arm, but the stocks have more clearance.
I really like them, I found them for pretty cheap on FB and really wasn’t sure about the low offset, but have grown on me greatly. They only weigh 29 lbs which is a big plus! The whole combo weighs just over 90, which is fairly light for such an aggressive setup. Mileage seems to be around 14.5 ish.
Imagine having to stop for 45 mins every 127 miles while towing. Dismal! I love the truck but it would take an extra 10 hours to go 1000 miles...not to mention having to unhook the trailer every time!
It's a Lariat with STX Grille...But painted bumpers and chrome mirrors.
It appears you have a 295/60/20 (33.9) which is a full inch shorter than the OP's 295/65/20 (35.1). A +20 with a 295/65/20 definitely rubs, i had a set of 295/65/20 put on my +20 rebels and they rubbed the crash bar, the...
Hey guys just wanted to share my setup.
Icon coilover - set around 2.3” level
285/65/20 Ridge Grappler on a Black Rhino Madagascar +30 offset. They sit about 20mm past the stock setup. Not a huge fan of big offsets anymore. I had these on a +12 and anything other than flat ground I would touch...

One more quick question for you, it looks like you've trimmed your bottom air dam (or maybe the STX's dont come with the extended chin. I cant see how this setup wouldn't rub unless you did some cutting or trimming on at least the air dam. Did you trim the air dam?
Gotcha thank you. I have the VR01’s with a 12 offset and am thinking about going from a 275/65/20 to a 285/65/20, which is a tiny bigger than yours. May not fit
Looks great, do you know if there is any rubbing with this setup? It looks like the bumper is still in tact however I would love to know if they had to do anything with the crash bars. Thanks!
Still willing to buy the rears. Can even send you a prepaid UPS label if you give me box and weight. All you would need to do is drop at the UPS store or I may even be able to schedule a pickup. I will message ya again.
