Jesse, I received that same update yesterday (22-PU727-VI-FXB). The first OTA I have gotten since the stuck update was repaired. I do not seem to have any issues as a result of the update.

I installed the Putco a couple months ago and love it. I just removed the bracket which is what they recommended. The tailgate seems to work fine without it. The bracket was a little tough to remove as I installed the light bar without removing the tailgate.

I ran the TRM software update. I don't know if it is the fix. My software version changed from AB to BB.

I think they are feeding you BS because they just don't want to try. A small local dealership fully upgraded my software and BlueCruise is working even though I have a Start/Stop eliminator installed. They never even mentioned it. I would think about trying another dealership.

I thing that really bothers me are the DTC's for the APIM and GWM that say incompatible software. I have no idea what to do about them. Drove my truck around for a while and tried to reset DTC but no luck.

The error indicated "Unable to communicate with vehicle through ethernet adapter" I think. I have one of the recommended adapters and very good recent model laptop. The adapter works when connected to my router and laptop, I order another of the same model to try tomorrow. I'm in the same boat...
