Luck of the draw man. My 21 stx has 0 issues but yours has that. Then Chevy ain't no better cause my dad's 21 silverado been in the shop longer than it's been on the road. Guess the whole built on a Friday evening saying holds some truth.
All new vehicles are using this soy based wiring. I can't remember the name of the product but there's a device that you can put in the engine bay that makes a high pitched sound which deters rodents. Might be worth the money to get something like that.
I have a procomp 2.5" 2 piece level so small puck between top hat and spring and bigger one above strut. Alignment was easy, all suspension still feels and drives like stock. No binding but anything bigger would be a problem and it's actually level maybe 1/4" of rake left.
Splines stripping, sounds like extremely soft metals used....sounds like some ebay grade chinessium. Can't be mad at Ford though all manufactures are cutting corners and using cheap parts. For example my dad bought a Silverado around same time I bought my f150 and his truck is already on 2nd...
2021 screw 2.7 getting roughly 20mpg mostly in town driving though. Idk if my 2.5" level is hurting it any. Glad with these gas prices I have a company car for work.
Just the last 2 times I put my 21 stx in 4hi It clunked so hard I could feel it in the floor. Only 4300 miles, guess it Could be a common problem on these new f150s.
