Wiring diagrams are easy. Info on the amp (resistance values, crossover freqs, etc) probably will not be in there. The manual usually leans towards module replacement instead of heavy troubleshooting where those values would matter. But I can take a look for you after work if my license doesn't...
It would show the R&R procedure, but not the retrofit instructions. For your cup holders, you just need to tap into an illumination wire. I believe it's pretty well documented between the F150s/super duty pages.

I can see the dealer has been doing a LOT of updates on various modules, but it looks like the last message they got on it (late Friday morning) was that Bluecruise was not available (or there was a TSB regarding it). I don't know what this means, maybe it's nothing. That is just what it says.
Can you clarify where the switches are located in either trim? Are these the steering wheel buttons on the tremor, vs the button over the sync 4 screen on the platinum?
You most likely need the advanced IPMA, and the optical camera wire going from the IPMA to the high mount stop lamp. That and some forscan programming, and it should work.
