    I know this is late as crap, but the good news in all this time I have not thrown a code since the install. I added MBRP cat back 4" a week later and have been fine with it as well.

    Just installed the S&B 75-5122 on my 3.5 today, I didn't have the tube in the box nor did I install it. Maybe they were just using the image of the 3.5 for the cover description to put the cover back on. I haven't driven enough to know if a code will come on yet.
