It looks like Ford didn't change the mounts for the rear seats so I'm guessing the brackets will fit. I just feel they are priced about 2x of what I think they are worth.

I have noticed the same thing. It's finally gotten warm enough to open the rear slider. The bass on some songs has something back there rattling when its open. I don't know if the dealer can fix it.

What about losing oil pressure when the engine cuts out waiting at a light? Most people will accelerate as soon as the engine turns back on. Isn't this bad for longevity?

Get the trailer brake controller reflash from your service department. It was to address battery drain when connected to the trailer.

So many great questions only Ford can answer.

Deep sleep after only 5 days of sitting means your battery is draining. Deep sleep after 2 weeks of sitting could be considered "normal." Try turning off your zone lighting from within the truck.

So after my truck has been sitting, battery voltage was 11.8V and 9% SOC. Truck was able to start with such a low state of charge. I think 11.8V after sitting for 2 weeks isn't great but its not as low as it has gotten with zone lighting enabled and sitting.

Have you had your battery replaced?

I had her try to start the truck and ....... it started just fine and came out of deep sleep mode. My observation is that the truck will go into deep sleep mode exactly after 2 weeks of inactivity.

Luckily I have a wonderful daughter picking us up at the airport while Jeb is in "deep" sleep at home. I guess Fords need lots of quality sleep.

Unfortunately I'm on vacation still until Monday. I'll find out if the battery is dead then.

This is how it should be in product development but unfortunately the rapid pace of new tech development needs developers to keep developing, manufacturing engineers to manufacture, and field support engineers to support. It's a viscous cycle driven by profit.
