Yes, I have data for swapping steel for aluminum wheels on stock tires. The stock steel (holes with the dish center cap) weigh a few pounds more than the aluminum (6 spoke) wheels.
Drag radials will help a bit off the line for sure but will probably cost you a little mph on your trap speed.
I had considered that for my first F150. The plan was to replace the resonator with a Magnapack (for some “tone”) the QTP in front of the muffler and to chop the tail pipe at the axle.
