After reading all the no problems I think refusing the extended warranty on my ‘25 powerboost was a good decision. It’s the only vehicle I have ever even considered an extended warranty. Starting the powerboost journey 6/19/25. Wish me luck!
5 tire rotation cost most likely would be more expensive at least in my case because the spare tire while the same as the other 4 was on a steel wheel requiring a dismount/mount and balancing.
Only you can decide how desirable are the things that it are missing from your list. I don’t think you will be unhappy if it has more than your list. 13K off is a nice discount.
I can help. Send your fuel additive money to me. I will use it to finance Reddie Red, my new powerboost. You’ll feel good helping an old dog with his forever truck and your truck will run better because you feel good and I’ll feel good like when you get and unexpected letter with money in it.
Still waiting for Reddie Red. Was 6/2 now 6/9. At least I’m off to the great north woods of Wisconsin for a week of motorcycling that will make the week go faster.
Like said, so many variables go into gas mileage. One variable you can control is if you are stressing out about it. It is what it is. The important thing is to notice any big deviations from what is normal for your particular situation. If you are monitoring the in vehicle read out do a few...
Hella good dealership to do that. Yours may have been a little more than most but in a few days around here sand and gravel on the roads will have the leading edges pretty well chipped up and add rain or winter salt and it’s back to rust. Guaranteed never to rust through
The two folding covers I had went one fold farther than what’s shown in your photo, right up against the cab window. With out getting down to bare metal and a proper primer and top coat you will have rust just from humidity in the air. A professionally applied spray in bed liner would be my...
Had the country sedan version, two kids rattling around in the back . Got stopped in town ‘cause they were hanging out the back with the gate window down.
10 years, never used the key pad once on my 14 fx4. I think they are dealer/owner installed option . On the other side I think ford is trying to contain costs and maybe customer surveys/research has indicated that these are items they can eliminate with the least amount of backlash.
My ‘14 was going to be my forever truck but… Bad nurture I grew up in a Ford dealership and my example dad got a new car every three to four years. Mom was his brake or I’m sure he’d got one more often. My wife on the other hand is of no help, I have to resist on my own.
I had the same, site said my order number and vin didn’t match any orders. Mine wasn’t scheduled for production until the week of 5/19, it had moved to production 5/14 when I checked Friday 5/16. Curious as to how current the updates are and how long it will be listed as in production and when...
There’s covers then there are covers. Some covers are just that, they slip over the original seating material. Then there are covers like Katskins. You remove the original outer covering and then put the new ones over the original substrate. I would think a professional installer could have...
I’m liking the NGK rutheniums. Installed at 90K, checked at 120 and 145. Gap remained as set. Previously Motorcrafts gap grew and were replaced at 30K intervals.
