Well, I was able to clear the U0423 w/ Forscan, but the U2100 keeps coming back. What "initial configuration" have I not completed? FWIW, squeezing the controller or pressing the brake does supply power to the electric brake pin.

I use the 6 quart Chevron Havoline Synthetic Blend (5w-30) boxes. They cost about $20 and meet the Ford WSS-M2C946-B1 specification. I change my oil every 5k miles.

Adding service records on the web owner's portal won't work if you try to add notes. It'll just give you an error. You can add records if you don't add notes. I've reported the bug.
