Exact reason I swapped out to the gorilla lugs. Gone through one winter so far with no issues. Get my tires rotated at every oil change.

Ford remembered you have a truck. After about a year or so with no updates I’ve had a flurry of them over the past 3 weeks. My last update was 6.8.0

After no updates since Feb last year I just got 4.2.1 last Thursday followed by 23-PU0274-DOM-RS on Saturday. It’s as if ford remembered I have a vehicle. Still way behind on updates looking through the threads here.

I’ve been happy with the equalizer wdh with our camper. We have friends using the blue-ox with chains. They seem to be happy with that one, other than the one incident with the chain unwinding on them and almost taking out the husband.

did one step paint correction and ceramic coat on mine. After spending the time on that it’s hand wash only. Exception being winter, then I’ll take it through rhe touchless to remove road salt.

Looks like they replaced the trailer tow wiring harness. I’ll be sure to let the service department know. Thanks.

Have you had any success getting this diagnosed yet? I’m taking mine in for the same issue on Monday. I get the same “trailer disconnected” error message when first connected. I can see the side marker lights are still on, my rear view camera is still functional. Will slow down and test trailer...

They use a fair amount but I’m sure they use more in MN. Mine stays outside 100%.

Same here, totally random when it decides to connect or not connect. End up doing the power and FF reset then it usually fixes the issue temporarily.
