Which equipment box did you use for V4 of this setup? I am considering a build for my truck since I already have the gen 3 Starlink.
I’m pricing out an equipment box build vs just buying a starlink mini.
My PB has had a bunch of issues. Only the exhaust heat exchanger is unique to PB models.
I am enraged enough at the general F150 quality issues to consider trading it in at least twice a year. The latest annoyance is a bad leak at the rear pinion seal.
The reason I haven’t gotten rid of it yet...
Could this leak somehow be a result of the broken axle? I had the shafts replaced in Feb or March. Noticed the gear lube on the floor of my barn this week.
Dealer can’t get me in until 11/18.

But I can’t see paying what Ford wants for BC. Especially not with how long it’s taking to get 1.3 on my truck.
I have had apim issues with my truck since about 6k miles. I suspect I get my chimes coming from the IPC instead of stereo speakers because the apim doesn’t always boot up in time.
This issue happens with my truck as well. There’s always popping and static sounds through my speakers when the truck is turned off. This started for me last summer with the DSP update. I tried to get the dealer to fix it for nearly a year and then my warranty ran out.
Has anyone disabled the trailer sway control with Forscan? I don’t want to have to remember to turn it off manually each time I start the truck.
I’m towing a travel trailer with a Weigh Safe wdh and the hitch says to disable the truck’s sway control system.

FWIW, I bought home my new Winnebago 2301BHS with the axle bolt broken. I didn’t want to do it, but it was 160 miles of trailering and I had no issues. My repairs will be done next week.
This happens to mine sporadically. Ford claimed they would send a field service engineer to look at it during my last dealer visit but then never actually sent the engineer. Dealer can’t figure it out on its own.
I’m still waiting on parts. Dealer just called to tell me Ford rejected the original parts order because they needed photos of the odometer and the vin tags with axle code before they could release parts.
Is anyone else having issues getting new bolts? I thought these were readily available now...
I got the middleweight. I am hoping I can open my tailgate with it. If not, I’ll live. I can always open the Retrax cover to get into the bed with the gate up.
