Thanks for the reply. Mechanic said they get the transmission from a local Ford dealer and then the dealer comes out to do the programming and warranty on the transmission is backed by Ford. Have to wait and see what insurance has to say I guess.

The other issues is the quote at Ford will most likely be way higher and insurance may not cover it all.
