Haven’t updated in a while. At about 25 pleased with truck minus a few things here and there.
After 9yrs with my UWS toolbox, finally retired it for a much more quality Camlocker a/ rails. Difference is night and day.
Thanks, and in response to your questions, no I didn’t touch the rear. Also, no issue with control arms. Like I said, I’ve been running this setup on 3 gen F150s now for 10 years and have never had any problems. Ball joints may need replacing if you really rack up the miles over the years, but...
That size won’t rub on stock rims. Plenty of guys running 12.5 wides without any issue. Here’s mine with a 2.5” and 35x11.5 Toyo MT. These aren’t close to rubbing and I have more room on this truck with this size than my previous 13 and 16. If I were you I’d roll with those.
Eta: sorry about...

And the 11.5 is significantly lighter per tire than the 12.5 which makes a big difference on performance
eta: also, my bad I didn’t see the part about non oem wheels. I don’t have any clue if they’d fit or not
Easily, as long as they aren’t 12.5” wide (which still may be okay). I’ve run 35x11.5 on 3 gens of F150s now and this 2022 has the most room. No rubbing whatsoever in full lock either direction.
I’ve run the non offsets with 35”s on oem rims for my 2013, 2016, and now 2022 without an issue at all. I have more clearance on this truck than I did on the previous 2 gens
great looking truck, and agree about the wheels. I intentionally dropped down from a 502a because I wanted these wheels over the chrome that all the trims have the same of. This is my 3rd gen f150 and these are my favorite wheels by far, and my first 18s.
And to answer your question, I did do...
Anything is better than nothing. If you’re not worried about police, go 50. There’s literally zero difference in visibility at night. Nobody even notices if I don’t tell them. From outside looking in, it just makes the truck looks much better and cleaner than having the brow. Still even in...
