Different rules for boosted coyotes & Ecoboosts. N/a, we can use a flex fuel tune and swap between 93/e85 without issue. Boosted setups for the most part are 93 or e85 or a specific e85 blend like e30/e50.
You'd have to ask your tuner. If you're not boosted, I would be surprised they didn't include a flexfuel basemap to go with the 93 map just in case you wanted to switch.
You put it in sport mode or tow/haul mode? If you kept it in those modes, then cylinder deactivation never kicked in and that bumps up the mpg by quite a bit. Did you fill up with 93 or e85? The 5.0 sucks on 87. Runs best performance wise on straight e85 (more hp/tq) and 93 for mpgs. Gearing...
Latest Fordpass update on Android. My friend's 23' was stolen last night (another friend just told me, I have spoken to him yet). I was thinking about using location to find out and wanted to test something out. I can see where my truck is at any time due to location services being turned on in...
Have you tried to see if you can turn it back on in sync settings? There's menu options for the remote start. But idk if that's in there, I don't have that option on my truck.
In a 12:30 video, you didn't engage it until 9:53? Lol you gotta give us some time stamps. What time did you click it to activate 4hi?
Also, I wish it weren't snowing by you because I'd love for you to do a test hit; launch 4hi and click 2wd at the end of first gear to see if it disengages...
This Facebook group I'm in has a ton of powerful trucks but it's mostly for the 21+. But there's users there with 18+ too.

You have a lazy or uninformed dealer. The fact they wouldn't do something so simple that would cause no harm is crazy. But I'm glad it's been fine for you. I replaced the battery, went about my day, got home, plugged it into my battery tender overnight, and performed the BMS reset in the...
*sigh* guys, the factory motorcraft batteries suck. Go to Walmart and get an h8 battery. H7 if you're a powerboost.
My 21 was having these same issues and more. Went from motorcrap h6 to a Costco h8. ZERO problems. Save yourself some time by performing the extremely quick and easy BMS reset...
There's a bunch on f150 FB groups; the 2.7, 3.5 & 3.5PB. They get better mpgs, better transmission behaviors after the Livernois tune...if they can stay out of boost 😂
No battery light on the dash? How is that possible? Are you turning the truck on to accessory mode? Or are you starting up the truck?
Anyway, if you haven't tried already, you can reset through forscan apparently? Hopefully someone can chime in on that.
Pumps loud because it's for a future 1500hp setup. Dunno why it's not an in-tank pump but whatever. They deleted the direct injection. It's all port. This is a seemingly very expensive setup.
Heavier wheels & tires = more unsprung weight. I went from the relatively heavy stock 18" chrome (plated?) rims to a much lighter, 20" Weld Lagunas (w/new stock tires from 20" BAP rims that I sold) and the trucks performance and handling improved a lot; comparable to when I tuned it. 18" Lagunas...
My truck came with a motorcrap h6. Swapped it out for a Costco h8. Night and day. Sure, I could've went h6 again with the Costco battery, but why not have the extra capacity if it fits? So h8 it is. I installed this too:
NOCO GENIUS2D, 2A Direct-Mount Onboard Car Battery Charger, 12V Automotive...
Something I read about Pennzoil not really wanting to pay for that certification test or something like that for a while? I don't remember.
PUP is what I used at first. But my oil change warning would come on well before I hit my typical interval of 5k miles; I use e85 most of the time. But...
