Yes I have the hardwire sensor. Not the point. I have more than one trailer and the decal option is supposed to work, it doesn't.

Any updates on this issue yet?

Elkhunter, Ask them about the Pro Trailer Backup Assist. It’s impossible to set up the targeting decal option for that. When you try it just says sensor not detected and won’t go into calibration mode. Also, not sure if anyone has experienced this problem, but my Sync User Interface will...

I think everyone with a 2021 F150 is having this issue. Ford is refusing to acknowledge it though. They'll pass you from one Customer Service section to another, then pass you off to a local dealer's Service Dept. who will either tell you they don't know or won't return your calls.

I wonder if the Integrated Trailer Relay Module has anything to do with the Pro Trailer Backup System not recognizing the Target Decal?
