Having just gone through this.... If you are doing a 4-tire rotation the truck figures it out all on it's own b/c it already knows each of the TPMS sensors (each TPMS sensor has a unique ID and the truck tracks where it went). The spare (if it is one where it (rim and tire) matches the 4 down...
