That cable is not compatible with the IPMA. You’ll need to use the Mongoose you have coming to fix it.

Ok. To avoid complicating the issue, never use non dealer ETIS. It will NEVER work. Ever. Try logging into motorcraftservice.com using your Ford email/password and see if you can get in. If you can, go back to FDRS and give it another try.

You’re trying to log into the wrong server. Use independent operator/non-dealer, not non-dealer ETIS.

I doubt it, especially given the price point—about the same as the unreliable and no longer recommended VCX Nano. I haven’t seen a single VCI cheaper than the Mongoose that works reliably with this truck.
