Does the infotainment screen black out as well? I used to have this problem when I first got the truck and had no updates applied. But it would only happen in a certain area (by an airport of all places). Seemly fixed itself after a few updates and getting a new phone.

I have had this happen to me twice. Both strangely in the same area of the City. Both times driving either onto or on the highway. Cluster complete shut down, flickered a dozen times. When it comes back, all MyView settings are wiped. Just emailed my dealer to see what they have to say about it.
