I'm relatively certain the transmission is missing some of the internals required for ASS. Most likely the pump as a spare part isn't listed for the non ass trucks. If you go to the Ford parts site and look up the complete replacement transmission you'll find 2 part numbers, and in the fitment...
Your exactly correct about the revision numbers, that's how it seems to work. But the app covers all platforms, so it could be just but fixes, or additional features for new vehicles and or EV vehicles. We don't know.
Fordpass 5.11.0 (BETA) for android just installed on my phone. Release notes haven't changed and still say 5.10.0

Welcome to the forum!
Your SYNC version is 23291 your only one OTA away from the current version, which is 24127 and will come via. 10.1.0 OTA. Ford had been pushing this out fairly aggressively last fall, but the OTA process seems to be running at a trickle now. Your truck is fine it's really...
That's great your on the most current version of SYNC 24127 is the version number. If you check the software updates tile, you can push check for updates and there you'll see the most recent OTA that was installed, most likely this will say 10.1.0 or 10.1.1 , but in either case you in good...
Wow, i find this very strange. Could it be a different of the US /Canadian login. Did you have service entry available in the old 4.x.x version of the app? We may have to find a Canadian forum member here to compare notes. I just cleared my Fordpass cache and logged in again, but I selected...
I'm a little confused about what your trying to say here. First the Fordpass app is stand alone from the vehicle and has its own version numbers. For IOs and Android the current version is 5.10.0 if you're at 4.3.6 the version is about 18 months old now and should be updated on your phone...
Yes it should, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, after that you simply need to log into the app again, nothing more. It's cleared Fordpass problems for me in the past.
Manual release is a good thing to know about. Tow truck drivers don't always know how to do it. You'll only need to use manual if your truck has no battery voltage. In most cases you should be able to shift to neutral with the ignition in the on position.
