  6. Anyone install tilting headrest on 24+ F-150s?

It is confusing. Some parts websites are more detailed than others. If you check Fordpartsgiant.com for example, they have several headrests under that part number but only one has "4-way" (which is the tilting headrest) in the description and it even shows that it fits my 21 Lariat based on...
  7. Lower panel under steering wheel -- clips and locations ?

Thanks @m_bt54 from a former Massachusite. Yeah, I need to install an auxiliary reverse light switch and that panel seems to be the best candidate.
  8. Lower panel under steering wheel -- clips and locations ?

Oh, man...I was so hopeful to hear some feedback on this :cautious: . Thanks!
  9. Lower panel under steering wheel -- clips and locations ?

@powerboatr - how difficult was it to remove the panel underneath the steering wheel?
  10. Increase buttons' and switches' light with FORScan?

I wonder if there is a way to increase the backlight level of buttons and switches only (HVAC buttons, radio buttons, the lights/pedal controls on the left, etc). I do not like bright lights. My office is usually dark and the brightness in my vehicles are pretty dim at night. The problem is that...

@Sparkybrent - Can you share part numbers?
  12. First 2025 F-150 Platinum delivered!

I will do everything in my power to keep, maintain and cherish my 2021 Lariat. Ford are idiots.
  13. Does anyone know how to remove this door handle trim piece?

I did not. I guess I am either too lazy or not 'too' bothered by it after all. Every time I get in the truck - especially in hot days - and my knee is pressing against it I get pissed and say to myself "I have to take care of this" and then it stops squeaking and then I forget about it. One of...
  14. Milwaukee M12 Fuel, or M18 none Fuel, both brushless, kit of two?

Typical home DIY'er, nothing major like building a house. Minimal work on vehicles. Maybe brakes, tire rotation, etc.
  15. Milwaukee M12 Fuel, or M18 none Fuel, both brushless, kit of two?

Looking for new drill and impact. I had DeWalt before, still working but the chuck is a bit crooked for some reason. I have a grudge against DeWalt because of their customer service and I put my eye on Milwaukee. Mostly home use, very little automotive use, if any. If the impact can undo the lug...
  16. ATTENTION- GREAT DEAL AT GRANGER MOTORS- 4% UNDER INVOICE!! 2025 F-150 Order Banks Now Open!

Congrats!! Don't put nickels and dimes in the lid, don't do it. it will weaken the spring to a point where the lid won't hold even when the truck is leveled.

    Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
  18. Work Surface Console won't stay open after "Penny trick"

Thank you sir! Looks like I have a project on my hands ;)
  19. Work Surface Console won't stay open after "Penny trick"

Thanks Zedbra. Just to clarify: The molle rack is not 'part' of the strut solution, correct? If I understand correctly, you installed for something else, I don't need it for the strut. If you didn't have it, would you be able to screw the other end straight to the bottom of the console?
  20. Work Surface Console won't stay open after "Penny trick"

Is that metal square with the square notches, attached to the bottom of the console, part of this fix, or did you add this for something else? Also, did you find the side of the center console "beefy" enough for a screw to hold on over time (the strut's screw)?
