So if they are saying the heat exchanger is an "exhaust" item and not a component needed for the "hybrid or powertrain" system, that is a bunch of small type legalize BS if this heat exchanger is only on the powerboost.
The onboard scales feature is a gimmick. It isn't accurate and doesn't provide value. If you are towing, use CAT scales. If you need to go to home depot and load some mulch or sod, just don't sag too much or hit the bump stops, and drive smart.
I went with LT285/60R20 less than a month after purchase. We tow a 6500lb TT 2-6x/year. Now have over 30k on them and they are still great and would replace with the same when they wear out.

It depends on the dealer. Some dealers here, like the one 10 min from my house, won't provide a loaner or rental no matter what. Others, like the one 30 min from my house, will provide one if you schedule out with them.
