Have not heard of any truck being stuck when they are passed 20xxx. It is just Ford's poor OTA system. My last OTA was April of 24. It will come, when is a crap shoot.

I had some service records that would show sometimes and not other times. Been hit and miss. I just thought it was software bugs. I did have a US login for a while that worked. My grandson deleted that on me along with my Ford reward points. Wonder if that is why everything is out of line with...

I don't have the option to enter service on the web site. Followed Ford's instructions to get to the page. There is no Enter Service Record tab under the Maintenance tab.

5.10.0 just showed up for my android... Still no add service records. I see no change between 9.0 and 10.0 that I can see. No PB truck.

I actually drove a brand new, started out with 8 km on it, 2025 Escalade 750 km or about 450 miles last Thursday. It felt like my 21 XLT had the same if not better ride. The seats were nothing special. For a $100k plus SUV... not impressed at all. Hell, the radio sounded like it was one speaker...

FYI.... Headlight assembly is north of $2k.... this you have to have. Granger or Ziegler for pricing. With only 27k on the clock...should be not a big deal to get inspected.
