The only update I see is the ECG-24.2.5.6.3 update on 12/13/24, which was OTA. The dealer did a bunch of updates on November 19, including Sync 4., but they are not shown in my software history.
OP, when you get the ESP be sure to include the lighting option. I forgot to do this when I first purchased the ESP from Granger in 2022, but added it a few months back and it wasn’t too expensive.
I agree, it is odd. But then again, Ford doesn’t always follow the rule of logic. I think Ford has done a great job of unintentionally convincing owners like me to be skeptical about the promise of great improvement. Ford has mismanaged their OTA software updates so unbelievably that I’m left...
I'm convinced that Ford will send the 1.4 update close to the end of the 3-year complimentary period that came with my truck. If it does arrive, I'm not inclined to subscribe afterward.
I had the reverse brake assist come on abruptly when in reverse leaving our driveway. Happened several times. The dealer did a bunch of updates and it went away. But, a few weeks ago the brake assist light came on when I started the truck. My 8 month old Motorcraft H6 battery wasn’t holding a...
I would think that, with the documentation you have including Ford Pass, stopping at dealers to assess the conditions that led to the error messages before you hit 80,000, you should have a clear path to 100% warranty coverage.
However, I am currently suffering from a logic attack so who knows...

I have a 3-week old Costco H7 Interstate. I just drove 30 miles over a 2-day span. I attached a NOCO 5A tender on the battery. The NOCO showed the battery charge level @ 25%. Should I assume it's a bad battery?
Well, I just noticed when driving in Sport mode, when I shut the truck down and restart, I get a pop up message asking if I want to start in Sport mode. Has this always been there or is it a recent update?
I have the Ford OEM's and used points for the purchase and install. They make a huge difference, particularly in reducing the crap that accumulates on the power running boards.
