Yes they pick you up. Just come in to Des Moines during normal business hours and they will get you. Then about a 25-30 minute drive to get your new baby.
Great news! It will take some time for them to process and prep, if the site is correct and it probably is. Now would be a good time to start researching flight info. :)
Also mapping out a return path with hotel locations along the way!
One thing with the buttons above the main screen removed is now there is a nice dash space for for mods. :)
Maybe some third party will make a "plug in" button array that could be used for some lighting set up. 4wheelers that have a total light package now might be able to have the switches in...
Congrats! It won't be long now. If your truck has the work surface see if it stays up when you open that center console. We're all hoping the 2025's have beefed up springs for the lid.
Safe travels getting out there and safe driving going home!
Just a note to anyone traveling anywhere to buy a vehicle. Go there and inspect the vehicle before you take ownership. Then how you get it home is up to you but at least you inspected it before the deal was finalized.
Nice. Now you have to speak to the powers that be and get them to up it to 10 years. And while your throwing your weight around :) get them to add an LED lights rider like Ford does. Good luck with this and hats off to the web designer, it looks great.
Get a Granger price at the Granger ESP website. Then when you purchase a vehicle you know what you can expect to pay. If you did not buy from Granger and sit through the high pressure sales for any of the extras (ESP) just keep saying no. Then when get home with the new vehicle go to Granger and...
I used FB for an order I placed on 1/28/2022 and did not receive the order until 12/28/2022. Granger already had it included when I spoke with finance before picking up the truck. It must have automatically gone into some Ford system when I ordered the coupon from FB.
Don't order the FB coupon...
I drove 1100+ miles home to VA from Granger on Dec 28-30 2022. I got lucky with good weather but still the baked on road crude took a lot to get off. :)
On topic as I have stated in the past, unless you are willing to wait for a 2027 Ramcharger the PB is the only current option and will be for a couple of years. By then you can compare a SuperDuty PB with the Ramcharger. Maybe even a F-150 PB V2.
Get it now and enjoy for 3+ years before you may...
HA! My brother was an MG Midget guy and I was a Triumph Spitfire guy. I always wanted a TR 6 but then Mazda came out with the RX7 and my Triumph days were over.
The HUD looks nice, I wish my 2022 had it. It is wonderful to have IMO.
My Dad has a Sante Fe with a HUD and that is better than the HUD my wifes Lexus NX350h has. The Hyundia has the BLIS information in the HUD and the speed sign symbol turn orange when you are 1 - 5 miles over the speed...
Do any and all negotiating before you order anything. When you order you know exactly what you want so there is no "gray" area. You know the final cost including all the dealership fees and then and only then do you sign anything and put down a deposit.
Having the agreed upon price settled, and...
If you play the dealer game, then it could matter a lot. Dealerships may need to fill orders for bonuses, quotas, have unfilled order slots that they want to fill, etc. This is where you are willing to put in the time and effort to search around and you are not in a position where you need to...
When started out I emailed Granger (Chip) and then we spoke on the phone to discuss the order options. At the time I ordered (January 2022) Ford just posted the online build site for 2022 so we covered a lot on the call.
IMO start with a build from the build site and email it. Make a note you...
I believe 2022 was the last year for just the tow tech package. That is what I got on my 22 502a PB and since a lot of the HD features were already on the PB it was a good deal. Probably why they got rid of it. :(
You will probably be hard pressed to find a 2024 302a PB with tow package that late in the year but search the national websites. There are a few threads here that make mention of this sites if no one replies to post them.
As others have said finding a better price than Grangers 4% below...
My guess is that if you placed or are placing an order now for a 2025 the earliest you could hope to see it would be January 2025. That would be if you get very lucky playing the "Scheduling Game".
