You ordered an XLT screw 302a 3.5 eco 4x4 with max tow. That's literally the most common truck available. I bet 7 in 10 F-150s are this config or extremely close. You can literally drop adjustable pedals, tailgate step, sound, and 2kw power... you really need those?
Just call your stealership and ask them to notify you of any incoming trucks and buy that instead. Some of us will be waiting until Oct/Nov if you don't take action.
I'm not a fan of those wheels. Not sure what Ford was thinking here. I'm probably the odd man out though. I'd just put steelies on and be done with it. nice interior though!! love it
Dealer has a vehicle coming into the dealership in the coming week or two that might be a good fit for me. Hopefully, it works out, because I really do not want to wait until fall. I ordered December 2020, this is getting really old.
It'll be really fresh after sitting on Ramp 59 for 6 months haha
Honestly, at this rate, the 2022s will be on the lot before some people see their 21s ordered back in 2020.
I have no feels for the person who wrote that article. They bought an F-150 as a family daily driver and said 'Ohh noes, it's too bumpy! My kids can't sleep!' It's a truck dude. If you wanted a Tesla or Range Rover, buy a Tesla or a Range Rover.. sheesh.
Yep. You really can't go wrong getting an F-150 and reselling or trading it in after a few months for something better as long as you got a good deal to begin with before all this crap started.
Brothers in arms man. Same story here.. got about 3k in tax savings with a dealer. It makes sense why you have to stay with the same dealer - they are companies. Companies need to show the tax collected from a sale to apply to a purchase. Companies can't just "transfer tax" to another company...
Nice work. Can you crunch analytics to show us to show which build weeks the ones getting delivered are from?
Ex:
March/22: - 10
April/19 - 23
April/26 - 34
Last week:
Total trucks: 57
Trucks built before May 1st: 48
Percentage: 84.21%
What does this mean? That there were 57 trucks delivered last week and 48 of them were on Ramp 59? 84.21% of them that were delivered were built before may 1st?
Lol you guys. You are only playing into the system they created to waste your time and defer until your truck is built. Stop it. Just wait or cancel.. their CS reps have a script and have been told what to tell you. They aren't given any actual power, but they are supposed to make it feel like...
