Takes me home!
I'm from nearby Dalton, GA and love the mountains of north GA, TN, and NC.
My brother taught me to drive with a manual transmission on Fort Mountain.
Depends on definition of 'lowest'
I might be able to claim the 'bottom' of the totem pole
Retired colon and rectal surgeon

For me...
Yes, it gets very hot here and we go nowhere without A/C.
Unfortunately, some health concerns have postponed our AS purchase plans, but I do love my F150 PowerBoost.
My understanding is that the linked dogbone will supply 2 legs and run both A/C units, each on separate 30A circuits. I was just...
I’m watching this- I have a 2WD 2023 PB.
I asked a dealer and the computer said tow hooks are not available for 2 WD.
I’m guessing that the computer emulates the build guidelines.
To my knowledge, the bumper knockouts and attachments are present (but I am no expert). My friend with a 2WD...
Henry Ford built the Ford buildings at Berry College (my Alma mater).
Now a Ford family treasure which provides upkeep.
Google for images. Ranked as one of the most beautiful campuses in USA. Also, largest at 30,000 acres.
Lot’s of options from smart folks.
I drive my last 0.5-1 mile home in tow/haul mode. Truck hybrid battery SOC consistently around 67% (higher than sitting in idle until the battery charges to around 63%).
My biggest problem is remembering to switch drive mode. BTW, mine always starts in normal mode.
Agree.
A 27' Airstream has a max capacity of 7600#. 1100# would be 7333# with a 15% tongue weight. So weight distribution and load have an impact, but frequently AS owners comment about over 1100# tongue weights. I think around 1000# is doable but requires planning.
Points- Too many people look...
I’m with Aron, I ordered a 2023 4x2 KR with minimal options for towing a travel trailer. Sticker payload 1781#. I drove straight to the scales and measured 1850#, so 1800#+/-.
I did a lot of research and 4x4 at around 290# is the biggest payload reducer. You will find many discussions saying...
I, too, have had an episode of not starting- 'Full Accessory Mode'.
O'Reilly battery test OK; 2 days later dealer found the battery charge too low to test after 20-30min of highway driving. The dealer replaced the battery under warranty (2mo old).
I am pretty good about 2 step start up, but I...
I learned to drive with a manual transmission in the north Georgia mountains. My Louisiana wife does NOT like my mountain driving.
I really miss my mountains. It looks like both of my sons will end up in Oklahoma- very nice, but not much in the way of mountains.
I agree unless they are still learning (I don't want to be their first update).
Supposedly, there were no codes that popped up.
I still use 2 step start or remote start 99% of the time.
I am using a rural Louisiana dealer, closer than East Texas purchase dealer. They say they have trained technicians, but are definitely on the front of the learning curve. Replaced a defective battery for Full Accessory lock, so far so good. Oil change and tire rotation. I did not ask for SSN...
I had a “Full Accessory” failure in Feb (2mo old); bad battery replaced. I use remote start (App/Fob) frequently or 2 step start most of the time; also try to leave battery charged, especially at night. So far so good. I do worry about valet parking overnight.
Took truck for oil...
