You need to stop with the deactivation and belt worry. These are non issues. You can even get rid of deactivation if it bothers you.

Quit a bit slower? That is an exaggeration. No turbos for reliabilty in the long run. And if 400+hp and tq is not enough....dont know what to tell you. There are zero concerns with the current coyote.

Dont need a sway bar....try shocks first. OEM shocks on pickups pretty much suck. Dont have to go crazy either with Fox for example. Dont have to spend much to upgrade You will be suprised how planted it will feel by just replacing shocks.
