    There is newer software available for you apim. Because you upgraded to the 12" screen FDRS does not recognize the APIM you installed as being correct for the truck. You will need to somehow sideload the software in order to move forward. This is beyond my knowledge.

    Rugedraw I see a lot of 23's popping up with an update for the OCSM lately. Do you know anything about what's behind that update? That's not something Ford should have gotten wrong, it's very rare that that would ever need to be updated. Did you see any TSB's about it?

    The build date of your software is actually displayed in your SYNC version number. In your case the software version is 21223 meaning 2021 released on day 223 or August 11th The current version is 23291 or 2023 day 291 or October 18th

    Yes, it has to do with the SYNC version. In your "about SYNC" screen, if your version number is 20312 revision 243. Then your stuck on the bad 1.7.1 update. This only applies to Job1 2021 trucks.
