  1. Powerboost- how does my truck product heat without motor running

It uses an electric water pump. Maybe check that engrish lol
  2. Regular Cab? Seriously?

Reg cabs lose a higher % of their value, which ltimately may be a lower doaller amount. Buy what you want, as the sweet taste of the a deal wears thin if it's not the right deal; for you.
  3. Did any of you consider a GMC/Chevy with the 3.0 Duramax?

300hp? No way, that's just not up to snuff
  4. Steeda rear sway bar for F-150

It destabilizes the rear of the truck at the limits of grip, I think that’s the reason it’s not a thing from the factory.
  5. Anti-Sway bars questions

They destabilize the truck at the limit, Ford wants understeer, no rear bar gets that in spades. Set the rear bar too tight, and hold on to your shit when it steps out on a fast merge........
  6. Anti-Sway bars questions

Exactly the info I was looking for, same as you I rant the Hellwigs, now they are stupidly priced.
  7. Brought 2024 King Ranch F-150 home yesterday.

Cool. Truck looks burly from that angle.
  8. Steeda rear sway bar for F-150

With the Hellwig, one can rotate the axle brackets to raise the bar higher than the pumpkin, i think mine was flush with the axle tubes on my 2020. I have a Steeda sitting on my shelf at home for the 2024 platinum, so I am hoping / assuming I can do the same thing, although the height of the...
  9. 2kW Pro Power came through for 14 hours of backup power during home power loss

But let’s say someone has no need for lugging storing and maintaining a generator? Or a dozen other reasons related to convenience…. Sold my Genny when I got my current truck…
  10. Update: 2024 F-150 Job 1 Production Begins 12/18/23. Now Scheduling for Production Week 1/29/24.

To each their own, I had to get 703A to get the items I wanted as they aren’t available as options, and passed my lariat down to my foreman, as a new XLT cost more, not a fan, but whatever, money fixes some issues I guess,…
  11. 4WD vs Auto 4x4

My point stands, these trucks spin up at anything other than straight dry road, constantly. If you drive like grandpa, and live somewhere paved and dry, I imagine it may not be an issue.
  12. 4WD vs Auto 4x4

Ya....that's Ford, my V8 Feb build has none, my later July build eco has them, a late 2022 build. My understanding is 3.5's have them, 5.0's do not for 2022
  13. 4WD vs Auto 4x4

You must not drive an ecoboost, they can tear the tire stock on dry pavement, tuned AWD is almost needed. You need to realize others have different situations, open your mind....
  14. 4WD vs Auto 4x4

I have 2 - 2022 lariats, one has IWE, the other does not, if I thought it was a good idea, driving the eco in 2H disengages the front end. Not all 2022 Lariats are without IWE's
  15. 4WD vs Auto 4x4

24/7/365 4 Auto. On a tuned eco it's always doing work. Now that Ford has smartened up the logic so it stays AWD full time below freezing, I haven't experienced a time when 4wd was needed on the road. Previous truck I used 4 high when the roads were bad to keep the front end engaged.
  16. Update: 2024 F-150 Job 1 Production Begins 12/18/23. Now Scheduling for Production Week 1/29/24.

Aha, yes the above is only available in the 9.75", which has been the case for a while, new that they aren't offering other gears though. Part of the crappy consolidation of option to limit variations i suppose.
  17. Update: 2024 F-150 Job 1 Production Begins 12/18/23. Now Scheduling for Production Week 1/29/24.

Yes - but not many have landed, that was my point about build dates. Dealers list incoming trucks, and there are a few lariats and STX’s, but haven’t seen a KR or platinum delivered. Perhaps they have been….but not common or many
  18. Update: 2024 F-150 Job 1 Production Begins 12/18/23. Now Scheduling for Production Week 1/29/24.

And are lower trims, perhaps without the “dynamic bending” headlights or whatever ford calls them.
  19. Update: 2024 F-150 Job 1 Production Begins 12/18/23. Now Scheduling for Production Week 1/29/24.

I think people are getting hung up on tailgates and build dates. Mine was built 2 months ago and hasn’t shipped, so unless they are leapfrogging the already built trucks, it’s a game of patience at this point.
