  1. My dealership lot is bone dry

Ford's inventory should build during the 4th quarter. They took more of a hit early on this summer. They seem to be on the backside of the curve on availability. At least in the short term.
  2. Any dealers offering invoice or below-invoice deals?

There is a margin between MSRP and invoice on the lightning. 😉
  3. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

A quick update on 2022 Production. For our first month of allocation we received 45 F-150s. These should be produced in December/January and delivered in January/February. Currently we have 48 orders in our system. So we'll be able fill the majority of orders as of this writing. Any...
  4. October 26 is when 2022 F-150 Lightning ordering begins (order bank opens) - confirmed by Ford internal screenshots

I would believe that the order bank will open on the 26th when the reservation date to convert to order has been indicated previously. Assume a day or two for glitches and remember that reservation timestamp matters, not the day the order is submitted.
  5. List: F-150 Lightning dealers that do / don't apply ADM (price markup)

It's hard to tell at this point how they'll handle allocation with this truck. Our lightning reservations are just over 100 where our Broncos are over 1000, so not nearly as extreme.
  6. Chapman and Granger Lightning allocation?

I hate to make predictions anymore. We had 1300 reservations for the Bronco and converted over 1,000 to orders. The lightning we have 113 reservations as of today. not nearly as big of a deviation from the mean as the Bronco. So I'd imagine if we get harmed, it certainly won't be as...
  7. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

Correct, I'd imagine there would be little to no incentive when those initially hit dealer lots.
  8. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

If you had an unscheduled 2021 then you'd receive a PCO that you could apply to a 2022. PCO +3% + $1000 custom order cash.
  9. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

We get holdback which is 2% and then other manufacturer incentives. Very thin margins, but we view it all as plus business.
  10. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

I don't believe the PCOs are active until after November 1st. I also believe it's $2000 if you take an in-stock 2021 or $3500 if you place a retail order for a 2022.

Not raptor as a specialty vehicle. Tremors absolutely
  12. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

All Ford custom orders as long as your dealer is competent with the COVP program..
  13. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

Yes, we're committed to 3% for 2022 model year. They have to have submitted your vehicle through COVP is the only requirement. I wouldn't assume that's done unless they are on the Ball.
  14. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

That I am not sure. I believe the PCOs will show up after November 1st.
  15. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

No, because there is no incentive for 2022 models. That only applies to 2021s. No, those are standalone options. You can get the $1000 custom order and 0% or the $3500 and the $1000.
  16. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

So for those waiting on the Incentive information here is an update: 1 - We can lock in 0% financing if it was an available incentive at the time you placed an order. 2 - For those who had a 2021 that wasn't scheduled and is being converted to a 2022. You have 2 options. First you can take the...
  17. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

Still waiting on that. I'm assuming the PCO is supposed to cover any potential lost incentives.
