... seems like Ford doesn't want to encourage towing with the 2024 PowerBoosts?
It would be interesting to see if someone ends up doing a DIY retrofit for a non-PowerBoost F150. I wonder what the parts cost would be and whether any programming modifications have to occur (or whether this is purely a mechanical upgrade).
I don't want the new Pro Access Tailgates but I'm holding on ordering until the time between order and delivery drops after the initial rush.
Hopefully the higher interest rates keep the non-cash buyers out.
So Michelin has started releasing their new Defender LTX M/S2. The Tyre Review channel reviewed the original Defender LTX M/S tires so I'm curious how the updated tire does in snow.
Would the rust affect it's function?
We usually just toss the Bilsteins out instead of rebuilding them so if there's some surface rust I don't care as much...
It's interesting how the standard load range tire is significantly more expensive than the load range E tire on TireRack:

Generally, yes. I don't have any off-roading in my plans - more so just towing a track car on a flat bed tilt trailer and road tripping.
All else equal on a road surface, a HT tire should be better in snow than an AT tire.
So the fuel economy appears very similar between a standard load versus load range E tire?
I'm of the opinion of the huge fuel economy drops people see are when moving from a factory sized highway oriented tire to a much larger mud terrain load range E tire.
I'm of the opinion that I would...
