I agree, the 5' bed is always a little too short. I got the 6.5 too, love it. I agree the extra length makes a difference when towing.

Mine crew cab rides great, a little stiff, not too bad. Did you get the FX4? I glad i didn't get the FX4, I think it would have made it stiffer rougher riding. The extra weight over the rear wheels must make the difference.

Yes I agree, why didn't ford place a pull tab like on the passenger side. I sat in the back of my truck last night for 20 mins searching for something to pull, many cuss words followed after I could get the seat down. I just wanted to measure the space for a subwoofer I want to install. I wonder...

Does anyone know how to fold down the rear drivers side seat to access the storage area behind the seat? The passenger side has a release, none on the drivers side. Trying to install a subwoofer behind this seat.

I got the F-150 tow mirrors, I think it is a $250 add on . They are pretty nice. They extend out about 4 inches. The f150 tow mirrors used to come standard with max tow package. Not in 2021.

F150 payload can vary greatly from 1300lbs to well over 3000lbs. A F 150 Hdpp has a 1.25 ton payload. Those old 1/2 , 3/4 ton ratings don't exactly reflect the payload any more. A f250 supercrew disel has a lower payload than a f150 HDPP

I think the HDPP adds 700 lbs of payload. The supercrew and 6.5 ' weights quite a bit. My 18" tires were general grabber ATP. They are ok. Crazy Ford misleads people with the high towing numbers of 14,000 lbs, most configured trucks will run out of payload before reaching half that number. Some...

Good idea to get rid of the 250, they ride so rough with the solid front axle. We had two of our f-250's get the death wobble issue after about 5 years of use. Ford couldn't fix the issue, we couldn't fix the issue. Had to get rid of them at a big loss.

I couldn't get them on either, busted a knuckle in the process. I used a round file to make the channels a wee bit larger, worked great
