Just looked under the truck and noticed the spare tire is a Maxxas 777 tire where the truck came with Hankook dynapro's. If I remember correctly my last F150 had all 5 match even though the spare was a different wheel.
The combination of heating and bending the air dam along with the washers have fixed it so far for me. Not sure if the washers helped but I am leaving them in for now.
Happened to notice mine was also jammed down while picking up the truck from the dealer today. Service advisor said he never saw that before and didn't know it moved so I just unjammed it in their lot. By the time I got home it was jammed again. Took it off and noticed how sloppy those actuator...
Took the truck in again after the alarm went off at night. They had to contact their technical support section to approve the reprogramming of the BCM. Fingers crossed that this works. No explanation from technical support on why the SSM was removed.

Thanks
According to Ford SSM 49601 does not exist. The TSB they did for me was for the trailer making the alarm go off (TSB 22-2084). They claim to have updated the TRM,DDM and PDM. The SSM calls for the BCM to be updated.

What is the difference between Blue cruise and lane assist ? I set the adaptive cruise control and lane assist and just cruise down the road. As long as my hands are on the wheel it's basically self driving.
