Well, by the time I option a Tremor 402A (Torsen, tow package, 2kw power pro) to how I would order it the MSRP price is only $5k away from a similarly equipped Raptor 801A .... That might have just made my decision for me to go for a Raptor.
Coming from my current truck where I get ~280 miles per 21 gallon tank I can't wait to get a 36 gallon tank so I don't have to plan trips around which towns have gas.
Especially while towing and getting closer to 150 miles per tank and going 120 miles between towns that have gas stations...
So I'm coming from a heavily modified Tacoma with 33" tires, remote reservoir shocks, and just about every other off-road goodie except long travel suspension. I don't want to spend 10's of thousands on mods this time around but rather buy a capable rig from the factory.

By any chance can you get a measurement from the top of the RSI cap to the floor of the bed of the truck?
I'm trying to figure out if the truck will still fit in my garage with a roof top tent on top of a RSI cap.
Just waiting on Tremors to be released. I'm very intrigued by the Raptor but think it's just a bit overkill for me.
Planning on building another off road camping rig based on the F150!!
I also just sold my 2015 BMW M235i to start making some space in the garage. I wasn't...
I saw a post somewhere that the RSI smartcap from the 2020 will fit but needs a small modification to the front section I believe.
So it would stand to reason that a fiberglass cap needs to be totally updated even for a small change in just one spot.
That's some good info!
I went to my local dealer the other day and they knew nothing about the Tremor packages or availability. They also didn't like my answer that I wouldn't buy the XLT they had on the lot that day and I was waiting for the Tremor to be released.
The initial Ford...
That would be awesome if it did have more hp/tq than the 450/510 that the outgoing 2019 Raptor and Limited both had.
If the normal 3.5 ecoboost went from 375/470 in 2019 to 400/500 in 2021 it stands to reason that Ford upped the 3.5HO by the same amount to 475/540(ish). But this might put it...
